Your details stay yours.

We ask for very little, and only what we need to get your number to you. This page explains what that is, why we need it, and what we never do with it.

This website is run by The VIP Digits Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using it, or by sharing your details with us, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

When you enquire, reserve a number or start a transfer, we collect your name, phone number and email address.

To complete a transfer, telecom rules require identity documents (KYC), such as your Aadhaar and PAN card.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to you, hold your reservation, complete the transfer or port of your number, and deliver your experience package. Nothing else.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to them and are never stored by us. We only receive a confirmation that your payment went through.

Who sees it

Our team sees your details, along with the telecom operator that carries out the transfer and the partner that delivers your package.

We never sell, rent or trade your information.

Cookies & analytics

Our website uses cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They help us understand, in general terms, how visitors use the site, and show our work to people who may be interested in it.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to serve you, or as long as the law requires. After that, they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details whenever you like. For this, or any concern about your privacy, write to hi@thevipdigits.com and we will reply within a few business days.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
