02Is transferring a VIP number legal in India?
Yes. VIP numbers are transferred through the standard telecom regulatory process, the same framework used for any mobile number in India.
03Do I need to change my mobile operator?
No. The number can be ported to the operator of your choice.
04What documents will I need?
Standard KYC documents: your Aadhaar card and PAN card.
05How long does the transfer take?
The transfer is completed within 48 hours on an eSIM. Your experience package arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
06How much do I pay, and when?
You pay a token amount today to reserve the number, and the rest only once the number is delivered into your name. Because every number is one of a kind, pricing is quote-based.
07Can I cancel after reserving?
Yes. You can cancel within 48 hours of reserving for a full refund of the reservation amount.
08Once transferred, is the number fully mine?
Yes. The number is transferred fully into your name, not leased or shared. It's a one-time purchase with no recurring fee to keep it.
