The terms of ownership.

What we offer

We curate rare mobile numbers and arrange for them to be transferred into your name. Every number is issued by a licensed telecom operator and stays subject to that operator's terms and to Indian telecom rules.

Reserving a number

You reserve a number by paying a token amount today. Once that payment is confirmed, the number is held for you and we will not offer it to anyone else.

The balance is due only once your line is active.

A reservation is confirmed only after we accept it. If a number turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and return anything you have paid.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Each number is priced individually, and the final price is the one we confirm to you in writing.

Payments are made through Razorpay. Your payment is complete only when Razorpay confirms it to us.

KYC

Telecom rules require us to verify who you are before a number can be transferred. You will need to share valid identity documents, such as your Aadhaar and PAN card, in the name of the person who will own the number.

If your documents cannot be verified, we cannot complete the transfer, and the refund terms below apply.

Transfer & delivery

Once your KYC and payment are complete, your number is usually transferred within 48 hours as an e-SIM. You can port it to the operator of your choice.

Your experience package arrives within 3 to 5 business days. Timelines depend on the operator, and we will keep you updated if anything takes longer.

Refunds

Your token amount is fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of making it.

If we are unable to transfer your number for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund.

After 48 hours, or once the transfer of your number has begun, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 7 to 10 business days.

Using your number

Your number is yours to use for any lawful purpose. Calls, data, recharges and plans are provided by your operator under their own terms and charges.

Our responsibility

We do everything we can to make each transfer smooth, but we are not responsible for delays or outages caused by telecom operators, networks or regulators. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

The name, logo, designs, images and words on this website belong to The VIP Digits Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
